Q. Can I take the site elsewhere if I want to?

A. Yes. You can remove your site and take it to another hosting service at any time. The site is yours when you have paid for it.

Q. If I take my web site to a different hosting service will I still be able to update it?

A. Yes. Any reputable hosting provider will be able to provide the resources needed to run the content management system.

Q. Will I see how the site looks before it is launched?

A. Yes. We will send you a link to the design for approval and sign off before the next stage of construction.

Q. What if I want to change the design afterwards?

A. We can change the design for you at any time, but we will charge extra if you want to make changes after you sign off the design.

Q. Will you show me how to edit my site?

A. Our online guides tell you everything you need to know to edit your website. However, if you prefer, we also offer one-hour telephone tutorials for a fee.

Q. Is there a limit to how much I can put onto a page?

A. No, your pages can be as long as you like.

Q. Can I add extra pages?

A. Yes. Either we can add extra pages for you, or you can do it yourself once the site is launched. If we add them for you there is a per-page additional charge. Our ‘How-to’ guides show you how to add pages yourself. You will also be able to delete pages you no longer need, or archive old pages that you want to save for re-use at a later time.

Q. What about special web features, such as image galleries, sliding images or more complicated forms etc?

A. These, and many others, are all available as additional options. Please refer to our price list for details.

Q. Can I sell things from my web site?

A. The basic site can be used to sell a few simple products using PayPal shopping buttons. Please see our add-on prices for details. If you need a more comprehensive catalogue and shopping cart system please contact us to discuss options.
